Thank you for supporting SophWear™ by participating in our first-ever pre-order! Your support will directly help fund our nonprofit, FaithoverCP, and significantly improve mobility for children and families. Here are the terms you need to know before placing your pre-order:
Nonprofit Donation and Tax Deductibility
- By placing a pre-order, you are making a donation to Faith Over CP, a registered nonprofit organization.
- As a token of appreciation, you will receive a pair of SophTop® Boots for toddlers or little kids.
- Since this pre-order is structured as a donation, it may qualify as a tax-deductible contribution. Please consult a tax professional for specifics related to your circumstances.
Limited Pre-Order Availability
- The SophTop® Boots for toddlers and little kids are available for pre-order at a donation amount of $60 per pair.
- We will proceed with production once we reach our minimum goal of 500 donations/orders.
Payment and Donation Details
- Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your spot.
- If the minimum target of 500 orders is not met, all pre-order donations will be refunded.
Estimated Timeline
- Pre-Order Launch Date: January 1, 2025.
- Once we reach 500 orders, we will proceed with production. You can expect your SophTop® Boots to ship within 8–10 weeks from the date we meet our target.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your pre-order donation at any time before we reach our target of 500 orders.
- Once production begins, donations are non-refundable.
- If the pre-order minimum is not met, all pre-order donations will be fully refunded.
